This book started as a way for me to heal.  I wanted to put all of my memories down onto paper to get them out of my head.  All those thoughts and feelings that had been swirling around in my mind for fifty years.  The relationship that I had with my mum and dad, my friends, my lovers, my romantic relationships, my pets, my colleagues and more importantly, myself.  It was all in there waiting to come out, and boy, did it all come out! 

 

This book took me only a few months to write, but much longer to publish.  I’m not going to go into my publishing experience right now, but needless to say, it was not an easy process.  Eventually, after two years, my book was made available to the general public, and I have to say that it was a pretty scary prospect. Inviting strangers into my inner world to read my deepest, darkest thoughts was more overwhelming than I ever imagined. Still, as a past life regression practitioner, I wanted to help people understand that there is so much more to life than just living and breathing.

 

It’s about learning lessons, seeing the bigger picture, and ultimately, all about love.  If you choose to buy my book, I hope you enjoy reading about my life journey as much as I have enjoyed living it and in fact writing about it.
