After my meditation this morning I felt compelled to share with you the message that I received. The message I was given was that I needed to share my story so that others can learn. This is interesting as during QHHT sessions with clients I generally don’t share my experiences. Perhaps now I will make a change to this way of working as people need to understand that I can also speak the language of pain. Just because I do the work that I do now, does not mean that I don't understand pain.
Quite the contrary. I have experienced physical and emotional pain in my life just like anyone else, but I have chosen not to let it those difficult times effect me in a negative way. I have chosen to learn from the difficult times and move on. Just like anyone else I have experienced the loss of relationships, the loss of good physical health, the loss of good mental health, the loss of a home, the loss of jobs, the loss of financial security, the loss of focus, the loss of motivation I could go on, but I don't feel that it is necessary. The point that I am trying to make is that we have all “suffered” in our lives. That's what life is all about. What’s important is how we choose to recover. If you choose to remain in a place of stagnation and you refuse to accept your past as a gift to learn from, then what was the point of it? We have to be brave and we have to move forward. We have to accept our past including the experiences that we may consider to be mistakes. We have to forgive ourselves for the choices that we made in those moments, and that with hindsight we could have dealt with differently. The physical issues that we may be suffering with now, will be associated with the emotions that we have refused to let go. If I suggested to you now that you could become physically healed by allowing yourself to find a place of emotional peace, would you trust me? I think you should, or you should at least allow this idea to become part of your reality. Seize this moment now and let go of your past. Choose who you want to be from this point on and then allow yourself to become that version of you.
