Before I had my first QHHT session back in 2018, I always felt confused about who I was, at a soul level.

At the time I was struggling with a powerful, overwhelming phobia of having my skin cut (I know, weird!), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder around dirty floors, and struggles with my inability to rest, which resulted in 18 years worth of M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

I had also always been fascinated by wings and being able to fly, but it wasn’t until I explored my past lives in a QHHT session, that any of this made sense to me.

In that first session, I travelled through my past life as a seabird who was hacked to death by a metal ice pick, my past life as a primitive man forced to live in mud and dirt, and my life as a dragonfly when I had such a short life that I could never rest.

Each one of these past lives had been having an enormous effect on my current life, as I was still energetically attached to them.

After the QHHT session (which was insane btw!), I was released and eventually healed from the past lives that had been affecting me, and I then had all of the information that I needed to move forwards in my life.

Now I no longer experience symptoms of phobia, OCD or chronic illness, and I feel confident that I never will. Since my initial QHHT session, I have explored other past lives which have helped me to understand my mission here on Earth as a Starseed, and also my galactic connections.

And this is basically my “Why” and it's the reason that I am a QHHT Practitioner today. So my darling if you are:
