🖤𝕄𝕐 𝕋ℝ𝔸𝕌𝕄𝔸 ℝ𝔼𝕊ℙ𝕆ℕ𝕊𝔼🖤

Hello, lovely! As you may be aware, I recently took a break from social media. It wasn’t particularly a planned break, but looking back now over the past few weeks, I can appreciate that this break was much needed. It has gifted me with the opportunity to evaluate how, when and where I choose to spend my time.

Life is busy, right? The twenty-first century is an exciting time to be alive, as technology is thriving and can offer us so much in the way of streamlined living, but alongside this fast pace of life, I have been reminded that a slower pace of life is necessary if we are to remain balanced and in harmony. So now I’m going to ask you a couple of questions….

How often do you put your phone down and spend time in the present moment?

How often do you find time to just sit with yourself and reflect?

Over the past few weeks, I have devoted some of my time to considering the effects that twenty-first-century living is having on humanity, and to be honest it does not look healthy! Our relationships are suffering, our state of mind is suffering, and ultimately, our physical state of health is also suffering.

Our desire to be “On the Go” and constantly stimulated by external sources, such as social media platforms, seems to be a behavioural pattern that the majority of human beings are adopting right now. It's as though everyone is afraid of stopping and allowing themselves the time to go within and explore how they are really feeling. And this got me thinking about the reasons for this.

Why are we so afraid of doing the inner work?

From my own personal perspective, I understand how detrimental it is for the human body to be in a state of constant activity. Back in 2003, I was diagnosed with M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome due to my own inability to stop. I used to pride myself on how much I could get done in a day. I would get up super early, go for a run, work ten hours in a highly pressurised sales environment, go to the gym during my lunch hour and then at the weekend I would get very little sleep as I would be out partying.

Looking back I now understand that I was living unconsciously. It was only through severe illness that I was offered the opportunity to take a look at myself. To begin to understand my own behaviours, my beliefs around myself and how these aspects of my life were affecting me.

For years I chose to sit in a space of denial that I needed help, partly through lack of education and partly due to the fact that I had no idea of where to go and whom to reach out to.

Nowadays I am much more in tune with my own needs. I know when I need to rest and I sense when something is coming up for healing. In fact, only in the past week, I experienced a deep trauma response to an old childhood memory that had remained buried for over forty years. I have made a short video about this experience, as I wanted to share with you what it means to allow ourselves to take time out and heal. I want you to understand what a trauma response can look like and how to take care of yourself when and if this happens to you.

It’s so important that we educate ourselves. It's crucial that we take the time to understand our own behaviours and to take responsibility for our emotional state of being.

So my darling, my intention for this blog post is to encourage you to take a look at your life and evaluate how you spend your time.

Are you running away from your problems?

Are you refusing to tackle your inner world as you are scared of what you might uncover?

If the answer is yes to either of these questions, then I want you to know that I am here for you.

QHHT is a process which allows you to gently, but powerfully release your attachment to past events and memories, in order for you to move forward in a more soul-aligned way. It’s also science-based, as it’s well known that working in the theta level of hypnosis (which is QHHT), promotes healing because the theta waves are associated with making new connections and learning.

In other words, hypnosis gets you into the theta wave, which allows you to turn inwards and examine your inner world in a safe and non-judgmental way. The results are phenomenal and I have stacks of client testimonials to support this. If you fancy taking a look, just click on the button below.

So lovely, if you are struggling right now, I know that it's tough, but there is a better way and I believe that Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is it! I make myself available for free telephone consultations if you fancy a chat, or you can take a look through the details on my website when you get a mo, as I have a sense that QHHT may be calling out to you right now...

Sending BIG LOVE as always, Georgina xxxx
